Classes offered in the greater Princeton, New Jersey, area: 

  • Awareness Through Movement®: Verbally guided group or individual lessons. Refine your perceptions as you learn to pay attention to how you do these novel, pain-free movement sequences. Find out where your unconscious habits may be getting in your way, and discover how to move in more efficient, comfortable ways. Even doing the movements in your imagination leads to improvement!
  • Functional Integration®: One-to-one, hands-on lessons communicated through gentle touch, tailored to your particular situation. You remain comfortably clothed as we explore together how you function now and how you can change.
  • Pregnant Pauses® classes: Gentle movement lessons that help you move, sleep, and breathe more easily throughout your pregnancy.
